Rehearsal for an Impossible Body is a stage research project (a work not yet premiered) that combines dance, body sculpture, narration, and music to reflect on the pressure of aesthetic canons and contemporary ways of inhabiting the body. Through a process of symbolic fragmentation and reconstruction — inspired by the myth of Isis and Osiris — the piece proposes a hybrid, diverse, and functional body, constructed beyond normative standards. A sensitive and critical proposal that positions the body as a space of resistance, transformation, and life.
