Corpo·Natura is a research and dialogue project between the moving body and nature. It explores the presence that arises when inhabiting a landscape, sensing it, and dancing it, recognizing that the body itself is nature.
I improvise from a deep contemplation of being in relation to the elements that surround me. I allow my body to become a channel to express, communicate, and transmute my emotions and feelings.
I sense the air, breathe with it, and allow it to move me.
I immerse myself in water to flow.
I connect with the earth to root myself.
And I feel the fire to ignite the flame of creation and burn away what I no longer need.
In this dialogue, I return to presence, to my essence. It is a return to listening to myself from my most vulnerable part, in the midst of the vastness of the world. In this dance of life, I seek to create spaces to know myself more deeply and to understand, in an artistic and poetic way, the world I inhabit.
